SpecialEffect at EuroGamer 2013 in Persian and Private Eye

GAME ON Violent or not, it appears video gaming is here to stay... SCENE & HEARD (from Private Eye 2013) by David Ziggy Geene. Cartoon of the EuroGamer 2013 event, including a cartoon of Isaac playing Fifa with his feet.

Private Eye cartoon from Scene & Heard. Isaac playing FIFA with his feet with caption, "Taught himself to use the controller with his feet!" and him saying "It takes you away from reality. You wouldn't shoot someone in real life but it's a way of letting out anger or happiness or whatever."

SpecialEffect at EuroGamer 2013 made it's influence felt in Private Eye, in Persian (around the 3:17 mark) and beyond. Please also do take a look at their "Playing with your Eyes" fund-raiser which has a short-time left to reach it's total.

One Switch Dragon's Lair and Space Ace

Dirk Daring from Dragon's Lair

Ever since William Pilgrim told me he had a one-switch version of Dragon's Lair partially working, and after playing Badlands, I've been hoping for this: One button Dragon's Lair and Space Ace.

Created by a Laser Disc expert called Rico after he saw my plea at the D-L-P forums, this looks like it could make play so much more accessible on this stunning looking classic. I really like the BUZZ controller use too. Sadly the download link is currently unavailable to the public and apparently may stay that way too for reasons unknown to me.

Thanks to Ian Hamilton for the tip-off.

Our Toyota was Fantastic. Image reads... There were the endless country roads, with only the moon and manual transmission vocalising..... Ahhhhmmmmm.... I would eventually fall deeply asleep...

A-Z Randomiser (PC)

Image of the Alphabetti Spaghetti alphabet on a slice of brown toast with

Random is a new William Pilgrim utility that enables a single switch to trigger randomised letters from A-Z. This makes the likes of this on-line Drum Kit and Ze-Frank Web-Toy far more enjoyable for a one-switch user. Set it up in Word, and you could use it to run games of the A-Z quiz.
